Here are some of my woodworks!
This piece of wood was going to trash so I took it cause it looked nice. I'm not sure what it's called in English but it's Salix caprea. In finnish it's called raita and it means stripe. So I'll call it 'striped willow' :D
After carefully peeling the bark I found nice looking surface. All I had to do was drill some holes and cover the thing with linseed oil. Metal pieces holding the candle are made from 1.5mm wire.
This necklace is made from 'visakoivu'. I don't know what it's called in English.
It's mutated silver birch. Very nice looking wood.
The spoons and fork I shaped mostly with an axe and a few different types of knives. On the cup I had to use sanding machine to finish it. I made some designs on the spoons with pencil and then used wood burner pen.

Reindeer I made for my sister. I have no idea what kind of wood it is. I removed bark and created fur with an axe. Then I nailed the pieces together and added branches that looked something like antlers :)
